The Green and Golden Bell Frog (Litoria aurea) is a species of Australian native frog which occurs across eastern New South Wales. If it is known to occur in the area of your development, Council / Regulators may request an Ecologist to assess habitat or potential impact to the frog to enable your development assessment to proceed.

If Koala (Phascolarctos cinereus) is believed to occur in the area of your development, or your development is located on the NSW 'Koala Development Application Map' or in a Koala Management Area, such as an area government by a local Koala Plan of Management (KPOM), Council / Regulators may request an Ecologist to assess habitat or potential impact to the koala to enable your development assessment to proceed.
If a threatened species of flora such as an orchid plant is believed to occur in the area of your development Council / Regulators may request an Ecologist to assess habitat or potential impact to the threatened flora to enable your development assessment to proceed.
If you are undertaking a development in the Manly ward of the Northern Beaches Council in Sydney you may be required to address the Long-nosed Bandicoot and Little Penguin. More information here.
